October = CIDER DOUGHNUTS!!!
The leaves might not be changing in south Florida, but bring on the DOUGHNUTS!
Did you miss the opening day last week of the West Palm Beach Green Market? If you did… have NO fear, because it will be open every Saturday from 9 a.m. -1p.m. until April 20th!!! Here’s my advice… get there early because by 9:30 a.m. the place was PACKED!!! You can make your rounds and check out the 90+ vendors before the crowds come. Most of the booths were open way before 9 a.m. probably since they were expecting a large opening day crowd. I was thinking of how to explain this market and the bazillion vendors that I would have to give shout outs to, and here’s the gist… Go early, find street parking (I did at 8:30 a.m.) grab a coffee (or maybe a mimosa $10 UNLIMITED), scope all the vendors setting up, and then you’ll be all set to make your selections come 9 a.m. If you can’t find street parking the Evernia garage offers FREE parking during market hours. So fun! Enjoy!!!
Where is it exactly? West Palm Beach Great Lawn, which is on North Clematis, just west of Flagler
What vendors are there? THE LIST IS SO LONG… Go here: http://wpb.org/News-Video/Archive-News/WEST-PALM-BEACH-GREENMARKET-TO-RETURN-TO-WATERFRON
Thank you City of West Palm Beach Department of Parks and Recreation for bringing us this awesome Saturday morning tradition!
