Scene It? If Not, You Better!

Friday happy hour, downtown West Palm, one $20 Groupon for 2 wine flights? Yes please! Where am I ? The Wine Scene on Fern Street. As I pull up to the scene, the ambiance is absolutely enchanting and the outside seating area is inviting, cozy, and stimulating.  Around the outside patio area, you will discover captivating street artwork that is simply alluring and vibrant. The building itself has an industrial feel, but a warm one. Now, regardless if they still have the Groupon available, you MUST put this place on your West Palm hit list. Let’s first talk Brunch, since they are opening up their doors for brunch tomorrow on Sunday 11/4 from 12-3 p.m. No one said, “No” to bottomless mimosas ever, so definitely make a stop here perhaps after you check out the West Palm Beach Green Market that we posted about a couple of weeks ago. The Wine Scene has a plethora of specials from live music, ladies nights, 1/2 price wine, cheese board specials, live jazz, and many more exciting events. Be sure to check online for up to date offerings!

Let’s talk food… everything coming out of this small little work area kitchen smelled absolutely AMAZING! We already had plans to hit another spot for dinner, but mark my work, I am coming back soon and will order a cheese board and the meatballs, both which looked delectable on their way out to the patrons. The Wine Scene offers cheese and meat plates, flat breads, bar snacks, paninis, brushetta, salads, and desserts. All perfect pairings with the wine and beer options. Now let’s get to the good stuff … WINE please! The Wine Scene offers glasses of sparkling, rose, whites, reds, and let’s not forget ports & sherry from all around the globe including, but not limited to Australia, Oregon, Italy, France, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Chile, Argentina and of course California. The wine flights were a perfect way to start happy hour and the big reds hit the spot. If you opt for a beer or a different wine libation instead, they also offer drafts, bottles, and sangria. Happy hour is from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday- Friday with 50% glasses of wine. Everywhere you look around inside they have the most creative wine decorations. My favorite being the cork candle holders, which will probably be my next DIY home project. The staff was extremely welcoming, helpful, and attentive.

Definitely call or check online for hours of operation: http://www.winescenepb.com Planning an event? Between the piano room, wine bar, or patio, they have you covered !
