Optimal Organic On Ocean Blvd.

Welcome 2019! Happy New Year! Did you make a resolution? Join a gym? Quit a bad habit? Promise to eat healthier? Regardless of the good, bad, or ugly… we support you and wish you the best of luck on your 2019 goals! Our post today comes from Stuart on NE Ocean Blvd.. It’s a place that’s been on our “must try” list for an extremely long time. With it being a new year, I decided this had to be our first 2019 post! Let us be the first to introduce you to Ital Bowls, a magnificent food truck located across the Hutchinson Island Marriott hotel in the Island Pantry Market plaza. I planned to grab a bowl and coffee after they opened (11 a.m.) and then hit the beach for a couple of hours. I ordered the classic bowl, made up of açaí, banana, blueberry, granola, and local honey.

Accompanying my delightful lunch was my delectable made to order Oceana coffee – see our previous post of Oceana here: https://sunofabeachblog.com/2018/09/24/coffee-in-house-or-online-2/ Consisting of freshly roasted coffee with organic MCT oil, organic vanilla extract, and Kerrygold butter, this bullet coffee is exquisitely flavorful and is sure to energize your day. In addition to bowls, they also offer various smoothies, which looked very intriguing and frosty. If you’d like some extras for your bowl/ smoothie, they have plenty for an additional cost. This includes plant based protein, almond butter, hemp hearts, and much more. If you’re ready to start your day off healthy, happy, and empowered, this lovely and lively açaí bowl food truck will not disappoint! Check out their Facebook/ homepage for exact location, hours (closed Mondays), and menu. Enjoy!
