Hello Spring

With a new season, comes a new menu. At Season’s 52 in Palm Beach Gardens, not only are the views of the intracoastal waterway stunning, but so are the presentations of their new spring menu. As you enter the restaurant, they have a large, wrap around bar (perfect for happy hour), and the ambiance is charming with the stone and dark wood decor. Reservations are highly suggested as the food and views are a big draw. This new Spring menu is a must try.  On a Saturday night, seated outside, the pesto chicken mozzarella flatbread and grilled artichoke with lemon hummus was ordered to start. The chicken was moist and seasoned with just the right amount of pesto on the crispy flatbread. The arugula was hearty on top and the drizzle of balsamic added the perfect touch. The grilled artichokes tasted as good as they looked and the lemon hummus 2F7F34A1-433D-40E4-8894-37057C1CFA6Bmeshed together with them wonderfully. As for the main course, the presentation of the half chicken, asparagus, and yukon mash was as delightful as it was to eat. The dessert is always the best way to end the night with their mini indulgences. While each one could have been ordered the mini macchiato could not be passed up. Season’s 52 uses only fresh ingredients. They make sure that their menu depicts what food items are at the peak of their season. You can feel confident about anything you order. Their wine list is extensive and their drinks are just as fresh and creative as their food items. They have a weekly happy hour with reasonably priced drinks and small plates that runs from 3p.m.- 7p.m., and they are open daily for lunch and dinner. Be sure to check back each season as the menu changes and different delectable dishes are prepared. The views, the ambiance, and the food will have you coming back for more. Happy Spring. https://www.seasons52.com/home
