Sailing Away In Fort Pierce

Who doesn’t like a good brewery nowadays? The Sailfish Brewing Company on N 2nd Street in Fort Pierce should be on your next brewery to- do list. Brewing since 2013, this brewery is committed to only using the finest local ingredients in their hoppy concoctions. The space was awesome and the outdoor patio was the perfect place to sit, people watch, and drink a pint. From pale ales, IPAs, wheat ales, pilsners, saisons, stouts, sours, lagers… and more, this brewery offering 20 taps will definitely satisfy all of your beer tastebuds! In addition to beer, they offer hand crafted pizza, flatbreads, and apps. Garlic knots, pretzel bites, wings, mac and cheese bites, and even a French fry flight top the app list. The pizza looked and smelled absolutely divine as it passed by the bar. They even sell it by the slice! Winning! What’s better than a slice of pie and a cold beer? The brewery also provides live music, 10 large TVs, corn hole, jumbo jenga, darts, and foosball. Want to take some Sailfish to go? Not a problem. You can fill a growler or they have cans you can snag to accompany you home. In the back of the tap room, they have tons of fashionable Sailfish Brewing tees, long sleeves, hats, and of course koozies. Tours are $10. They include a flight and a Sailfish pint glass and can be scheduled online. Check on their social media for happy hour specials and the live music line up. The brewery is also part of the Wine Ale Trail, so don’t forget to get your map stamped. What are you waiting for? There is beer to be sipped and maps to be stamped!
